Online catalogue retailer EziBuy has been ordered to pay $1.3 million to one of its suppliers after a court dispute.Its long time clothing supplier, Glacier Investments, turned to the courts alleging EziBuy wasn’t keeping up with payments for the clothes it imported from China.According to a recent decision of Associate Judge Dale Lester, Glacier has been supplying garments to Ezibuy for 30 years.However, due to late payments, Glacier had served a statutory demand on EziBuy for $1.3 million, in a step which often precedes liquidation proc...
