Businessman Ron Salter has won a bid to get a police undertaking to pay reparations should their proceeds of crime case against his company Salters Cartage fail.Hazardous waste firm Salters Cartage has been fighting in the high court of Auckland with the NZ police, which restrained his business assets in a proceeds of crime action.
