The owner of Salters Cartage is pleading for relief from freezing orders to sell the business that's already seen Ron Salter serve home detention and pay a hefty fine. But at the same time, court documents show Salter was dobbing in his rivals to his bête noire WorkSafe, and offered to buy one of them.
