Australia-based IDX buys Ascot Radiology for up to $52.8m

Integral Diagnostics has bought Auckland-based Ascot Radiology for up to $52.8 million paid in a mix of $40 million of cash, $10 million of shares and an earnout of up to $2.8 million to 17 vendor doctors.
