Libelle Group's director first approached liquidators with insolvency concerns on Thursday – the same day a meal from the School Lunch Collective it is part of caused a student second degree burns.Deloitte's David Webb who, with Robert Campbell was appointed liquidator on Tuesday morning by shareholders of the company, told BusinessDesk the director approached Deloitte on Thursday evening to discuss concerns around the solvency of the company.A "number of issues" tipped the business into liquidation, Webb said.Solution s...
