New Zealand's third-largest mobile carrier and internet provider, Two Degrees Mobile, is confident enough of its sustainable earning power to declare it has $57.7 million of previous years' tax losses to offset against future profitability. That's despite total revenue falling nearly 10 percent in the last financial year.
