Summerset first quarter sales fall 16%; on track to deliver 450 new homes in 2018

By Rebecca Howard April 6 (BusinessDesk) - Summerset Group's first quarter sales of occupation rights dropped 16 percent but said it remains on track to deliver 450 new homes over 2018 as sales increase. The Wellington-based company said sales of occupation rights fell to 143 in the three months ended March 31 versus 171 in the same quarter a year ago.
