The Commerce Commission has outlined the potential impacts that One NZ’s acquisition of Dense Air and its spectrum may have on competition in the telecommunications market.Currently, Dense Air has management rights to 70MHz of spectrum within the 2600MHz band, which is suitable for 4G and 5G networks.This would provide more capacity for One NZ's network, meaning it could offer better service to customers, or increase its customer count without lowering network quality.One NZ launched a bid to purchase Dense Air at the start of the mon...
