Peter Beck has brushed off an investor law firm’s investigation into Rocket Lab’s proposed merger with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Vector Acquisition.Rocket Lab is destined for a US listing on the Nasdaq after the March announcement of a merger valued the New Zealand company at US$4.1 billion.Investor law group Halper Sadeh LLP announced at the end of April it is investigating whether the merger is fair to shareholders and whether the Vector board violated federal securities laws or breached their fiduciary duties to...
