A new game studio has been awarded a $250,000 grant to help it fund a project in partnership with a major social media player.Mad Carnival Entertainment won the grant from the centre of digital excellence (CODE), the Dunedin-based organisation funded by Kānoa, the government’s regional economic development and investment unit.It is the second $250,000 ScaleUp grant CODE has awarded to an established studio.
