Energy billing software company Agility CIS plans to merge with Australian software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider Tally Group.Agility board member and former Spark chief executive Simon Moutter will become board chair of the new group, which will be known as Tally Group, with the Agility branding dropped. Agility chief executive Craig Jones will become CEO of the new business. Auckland-based Agility currently has customers in New Zealand, Australia, the US, the Middle East, and Japan. It acquired cloud-first energy company Znalyti...
