Trade technology company TradeWindow confirmed its intention to direct list on the NZX on Monday, Nov 22.Subject to regulatory approval, the company will list with an implied market capitalisation of $79.1 million and trade under the stock ticker TWL.TradeWindow has opted for a compliance listing rather than an initial public offering (IPO), so new shares will not be offered to investors and the firm’s founder will not sell down shares. A capital raise of $15m closed in September, with no immediate plans for another round.
