A A$3.4 billion takeover offer for Vocus Group has put the planned sale of the company's New Zealand business in doubt.Melbourne-headquartered Vocus yesterday confirmed it had received a non-binding offer from Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets – MIRA – to acquire 100 percent of Vocus through a scheme of arrangement priced at A$5.50 a share.The acquisition offer follows the group's announcement in November that Vocus NZ would execute a public listing before the end of June.
