Vocus Group said it intends to execute a public listing of Vocus New Zealand before the end of FY21, with Goldman Sachs, Jarden, and Craigs Investment Partners joint lead managers on the deal. A Vocus spokesperson confirmed to BusinessDesk that the IPO “will be a dual listing on the NZX and ASX (foreign exempt listing), but primary will be NZX.” ASX-listed Vocus Group stated its preference for Vocus NZ to be an “independent entity,” and Vocus NZ chief executive Mark Callander told BusinessDesk a 100 percent sal...
