The problems are piling up for Airwork with overdue accounts and a case filed by China's securities regulator against the controlling shareholder of Airwork's parent company.General aviation company Airwork Holdings has told the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) it anticipates filing overdue accounts for the year to December 2023 by the end of this month to avoid $7,000 infringement penalties for each of its directors for breaching the Financial Reporting Act over failing to file on time.The accounts should have bee...
