TVNZ has appointed its first-ever female chief executive, promoting commercial director Jodi O’Donnell to the top job.The public broadcaster has ended an eight-month search for a new boss following the sudden resignation of Simon Power in April.O’Donnell has spent more than 20 years at TVNZ, in commercial, brand, marketing and project manager positions.
