The administrator of Michael Kidd’s estate said it wants more, despite a recent US$17.6 million award in the late businessman's favour. It is the latest twist in the decades-long saga between Kidd and former honorary counsel Alexander van Heeren, whose relationship breakdown was recently described by the court of appeal as "fraud by one partner against another, compounded by defiance and delay".Last week, Justice Pheroze Jagose gave an interim judgment awarding another US$17.6m to Kidd, following a 21-day hearing.The aw...
