The business practices of a major construction company “can only be described as corrupt”, Vector claimed in the closing stages of its private prosecution against the entity.The company at the centre of the case is now in liquidation and cannot be named for legal reasons.It is the subject of a private fraud prosecution in which a whistleblower told the court of false accounting, fake invoices and kickbacks.The liquidators for the company are not defending the case.Vector claimed the company ripped it off by entering a cost-reimbursa...
