Vista's new shareholders: Potentia out; Milford, ACC, Regal are in

Milford has taken a significant stake in listed cinema software company Vista, gobbling up 7.4% of its shares after Australian investor Potentia sold down its stake. A notice to the NZX said Milford’s new significant shareholding started on Sept 5. Milford spent more than $31 million purchasing 10,666,666 shares and had also sold 1,366,586 shares for $4.90m, or $3.58 per share. Potentia sold its shares for $3 after buying into Vista for $2.10 per share in May 2024. Milford Asset Management’s investment analyst Mi...
