By Margreet Dietz Nov. 18 (BusinessDesk) - Wall Street climbed after better-than-expected earnings from US retailers Wal-Mart and Home Depot after the latest US inflation data bolstered the prospect of a Federal Reserve interest rate increase next month.  In New York trading at about 12:30pm, the Dow Jones industrial average advanced 42 percent.
