Winton Land aspires to double the number of its Northbrook retirement developments, which could see it complete 2,000 new units within the next five years.The company, listed on the New Zealand and Australian stock exchanges, already has five retirement projects on its books as part of its 26-project pipeline, across 14 planned communities. The first cabs off the rank for the retirement village business are its Northbrook project in Auckland's Wynyard Quarter and Northlake in Wānaka.
