A former customs worker who was fired for refusing the covid-19 vaccine has failed in her bid to challenge the dismissal in the high court.The woman, who was on a fixed-term contract, argued the government's vaccination order was "irrational" and should be set aside.The court did not agree and also rejected arguments that processes to ensure her rights to refuse medical treatment under the New Zealand Bill of Rights were not followed adequately.She took her case for a judicial review to the high court after she was unable to convi...
