Summerset Group reported 210 sales for the quarter ending 31 March 2023, comprising 115 new sales and 95 resales.
Despite the challenging market conditions, Summerset CEO Scott Scoullar said the company is on track to deliver 625 to 675 new homes in 2023.
In addition, two new village centres opened in the first quarter, including Summerset on the Landing (Kenepuru) and Summerset Cambridge in Waikato.
Construction is also due to start soon on Summerset's first Australian village in Cranbourne North, Victoria.
