$9m Placement completion and opening of Share Purchase Plan

TradeWindow Holdings Ltd has announced the successful completion of its $9 million Placement and the opening of its Share Purchase Plan (SPP).

The Placement was conducted at a fixed price of $0.70 per share, representing a 30.7% discount to the closing price of TradeWindow’s shares on 11 July 2022.

The SPP is open to TradeWindow shareholders with an address in New Zealand, and allows them to apply for up to $15,000 of new shares at an issue price of either $0.70 per share or a 2.5% discount to the volume weighted average price of TradeWindow’s shares on the NZX.
