AFC Group Holdings has announced the resignation of chief financial officer Jenny Liang, effective immediately.
The company said Liang left due to personal reasons.
Former chief financial officer Hao (Howard) Long has been appointed as the interim chief financial officer.
AFC Group Holdings said it has already begun the search for a permanent chief financial officer and will provide updates to the market in due course.
