Chief Financial Officer Resignation and Interim Appointment

AFC Group Holdings Limited (NZX.AFC) advises that Jenny Liang has resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately, due to personal reasons. The Board thanks Ms Liang for her contributions to the Company and wishes her every success in her future endeavours.

The Company has appointed former CFO Hao (Howard) Long as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. The Board has full confidence in Mr Long’s capabilities and his commitment to the role.

The Board has commenced a search for a permanent CFO and will update the market in due course.
