Air New Zealand Limited (“AIR”) – Trading Halt

Air New Zealand Limited (“AIR”) has requested a trading halt on its ordinary shares, effective after market close on Tuesday, 3 May 2022.

AIR wishes to undertake a shortfall bookbuild of ordinary shares attributable to unexercised rights in its renounceable rights offer.

Trading is expected to resume at market open on Thursday, 5 May 2022.
