NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of Air New Zealand Limited (“AIR”), it has placed a trading halt on AIR Ordinary Shares. The trading halt was placed after market close on Tuesday 3 May 2022.

AIR has requested the trading halt of its ordinary shares while it undertakes a shortfall bookbuild of ordinary shares attributable to unexercised rights in its renounceable rights offer.

Trading will resume at market open on Thursday, 5 May 2022.
