Southern Charter Financial Group Limited has released a notice of meeting and proxy form for a special Meeting of shareholders to be held online on Monday, 9 January 2023.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider approving the company's entry into a licence agreement and related transactions to commercialise the use of intellectual property, which would enable them to manufacture and supply a self-cleaning, antimicrobial, surface coating product.
