Please find attached the notice of meeting and proxy form for Southern Charter Financial Group Limited (SNC)'s special Meeting of shareholders to be held online only on Monday, 9 January 2023, commencing at 3:00pm NZDT.

The purpose of the meeting is for shareholders to consider approving SNC’s entry into the licence agreement and any related series of transactions, to commercialise the use of intellectual property that will enable SNC to manufacture and supply a self-cleaning, antimicrobial, surface coating product.
