Michael Hill's chief financial officer, Andrew Lowe, has taken on additional operational responsibilities and has been appointed as the chief financial and supply chain officer.
This change, effective from Sept 1, 2024, includes overseeing warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, repairs, and sustainability.
As a result of his expanded role, Lowe has resigned from his position as company secretary.
Kate Palethorpe will continue to serve as the company secretary and will be the primary contact for ASX and NZX listing rule matters.
