Rua Bioscience Ltd (NZX: RUA) has appointed Teresa Farac-Ciprian as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 1 August 2022.
With extensive experience in commercialisation, innovation, marketing, business development and governance in the primary sector, Teresa will be a valuable addition to the Rua Board as the company nears export market entry with its first products.
