Announcement of Director Retirement & AGM Date

Rua Bioscience Limited (NZX: RUA) has announced that Independent Non-Executive Director Martin Smith will retire at the conclusion of the 2022 Annual General Meeting.

The Chair of the Nominations and Remunerations Committee, Smith joined the Board of Directors in 2018 and has been credited with playing a key role in the company's growth.

The Board has expressed their appreciation of Smith's contribution to the company and welcomed the recent appointment of Teresa Farac-Ciprian as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
