Cannasouth Limited (NZX: CBD, Cannasouth) today released its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2021.

The Annual Report includes a reclassification of pre-acquisition transactions, with no cash flow impacts.

The Preliminary Results, released on 1 March, 2022, have been amended as a result.
