Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

My Food Bag Group Limited (NZX: MFB) has announced the appointment of Leanne Dekker to the role of Chief Financial Officer, commencing 20 March 2023.

Leanne brings nearly 20 years' experience in professional services and listed company environments in New Zealand to the role.

Mark Winter, My Food Bag CEO, commented on the appointment saying he looked forward to working with Leanne during the next exciting chapter for My Food Bag.

Jeremy Edmonds will continue as interim CFO until Leanne's arrival in March.
