Appointment of New Director

Bremworth Limited (NZX: BRW) has appointed Katherine Turner as an independent director and Chair of the Audit Committee.

Turner is a highly experienced finance executive and has held a variety of senior roles in medium and large multinational companies.

The appointment will support the company’s commitment to a diverse board as it moves forward with its new strategy.
