Promisia Healthcare Limited has appointed Rhonda Sherriff as a director, who is an independent director for the purposes of the Listing Rules.
Sherriff has over 30 years of experience in the aged care sector and is currently a Board member of the New Zealand Aged Care Association.
Upon being re-elected at the Annual Meeting later this year, the Board intends to appoint Sherriff as the new Chair of the Board.
The Board is delighted to have Sherriff join the Company as they position themselves to be the aged care facility of choice in each of their communities.
