Appointment of New Directors to the Board of Winton

Winton has announced the appointment of James Kemp and Jelte Bakker as directors, effective 21 February 2022.

James is a representative of TC Akarua 2 Pty Limited, a substantial shareholder, while Jelte is an alternate to James.

Both have substantial experience in real estate private equity and investment banking.

The directors have been appointed by the Board and are to hold office until the 2022 Annual Meeting, at which time they will retire and offer themselves for election by the shareholders.
