Appointment of Non-executive Director

Downer EDI Limited today announced the appointment of Mark Menhinnitt as Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 March 2022.

Mr Menhinnitt is a highly experienced and qualified executive with extensive experience in large infrastructure development, investment management, construction, asset services, operations and maintenance, and currently holds several senior roles of various companies.

The Chairman of Downer, Mark Chellew, expressed confidence in Mr Menhinnitt's ability to contribute to the Board.
