Arvida has announced a change in its board of directors, following the implementation of a scheme of arrangement with Stonepeak.
The company's existing directors have resigned, and Stonepeak, as Arvida's sole shareholder, has appointed a new board.
The new board members are William McDonald, an independent director, Darren Keogh, senior managing director of Stonepeak, and Yuexin Han, a principal of Stonepeak.
McDonald will serve as the chair of the board.
He has previous experience as the chief executive of Arvida and has extensive knowledge of the health and aged care industry.
