New Board of Directors Appointed

Arvida Group Limited (Arvida) advises that the existing directors of Arvida have resigned effective today following the scheme of arrangement with Stonepeak Alps BidCo Limited (Stonepeak) being implemented.

As Arvida’s sole shareholder, Stonepeak has appointed a new Board of directors for Arvida as follows:

• William (Bill) McDonald, independent director
• Darren Keogh, Senior Managing Director, Stonepeak
• Yuexin (Peter) Han, Principal, Stonepeak

The Board will be chaired by Bill McDonald who has extensive health and aged care industry experience, and was previously Chief Executive of Arvida.
