Asset Plus has announced its intention to declare a special dividend of 5 cents per share, subject to the successful settlement of the sale of 35 Graham Street, Auckland.
The board of Asset Plus made the resolution to declare the special dividend from the net proceeds of the sale, after repaying all bank debt.
The settlement of the sale is currently scheduled for November 29, 2024.
If the settlement goes ahead as planned, the special dividend is expected to be formally declared and announced on December 2, 2024, with a payment date on or around Dec 16, 2024.
