Being AI has been placed in a trading halt pending further discussions with NZ RegCo regarding the sale of Being Consultants.
The halt was implemented before the market opened on Monday.
The company announced the sale of Being Consultants in its half-year unaudited financial statements on November 29.
The trading halt will remain in effect until either a further announcement is made by Being AI or NZ RegCo issues a market announcement confirming the lifting of the halt.
