Fletcher Building's subsidiary, Iplex Pipelines Australia, is facing the possibility of legal action from Western Australian home builder, BGC, regarding the Iplex Pro-Fit Pipes issues.
BGC intends to file legal proceedings against Iplex AU, although no formal proceedings have been received yet.
Fletcher Building and Iplex AU have chosen not to provide any further comment on the matter at this time.
