Enprise Group has announced the resignation of Dr Aneesha Varghese-Cowan from its board as non-executive director.
The company's board has accepted her resignation.
Dr Varghese-Cowan's departure was acknowledged by the board, which expressed gratitude for her "excellent contribution" during a challenging period for the business, particularly in her role as chairman of the audit and risk committee.
