Enprise Group Independent Non-Executive Director resigns
AUCKLAND, 22 August, 2024 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) has accepted the resignation of Dr Aneesha Varghese-Cowan from its board as Non-Executive Director.
The board would like to thank Dr Varghese-Cowan for her excellent contribution during challenging time for the business, particularly in her role as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.
