Fletcher Building Responds to BGC Legal Action Publicity

Auckland, 22 August 2024: Fletcher Building Limited (FBU) acknowledges that it is aware of media reports that Western Australian home builder, BGC, intends to file legal proceedings against its subsidiary, Iplex Pipelines Australia (Iplex AU), in relation to the Iplex Pro-Fit Pipes issues. Iplex AU has received separate notification of that intention from BGC, but has not yet received any formal proceedings.

FBU and Iplex AU have no further comment to make on this matter at this time.
