Booster has announced that a third-party pricing event may lead to a valuation adjustment to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) of up to 2.3% of the Fund value.
The Fund's current carrying value has already been increased by 1.67% and if the transaction settles on the terms indicated, a further adjustment could be made.
Investors are advised to consider this announcement when assessing a fair price for the transaction.
Further updates will be made to the NZX should the transaction complete.
