Blackpearl Group has reported strong growth in its second quarter results for the financial year 2025.

Annual recurring revenue (ARR) reached $10.4 million, a 126% increase compared to the same period last year.

This milestone was achieved just a month ago, according to chief executive officer, Nick Lissette.

Subscription revenue also saw significant growth, reaching $1.7m, an 86% year-on-year increase.

The company's gross profit margin remained steady at 73%, while ARR per employee increased by 95% to $282,000.

Blackpearl Group, a data technology company specialising in AI-driven sales and marketing solutions for the US market, aims to reach $20m in ARR within the next 12 to 18 months.
