Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX:TAH) has announced that John Fernandes has been appointed as Chair of the company, following the retirement of Bevan Walsh at the conclusion of the 2022 Annual General Meeting.
Bevan has been a significant shareholder since the company's founding, and will remain a board director, while Wayne Williams will take over the role of Audit Committee Chair.
John has been a director since 2019 and has consistently provided value to the company.
The company is confident that under Tony Wai's leadership, Third Age Health will continue to grow and create significant shareholder value.
